DE CE GRUP FITNESS ?

Conceptul a devenit din ce in ce mai popular, intrucat ofera participantului la aceste clase, un antrenament periodic si supravegheat. Faptul ca aceste clase se desfasoara dupa un program bine stabilit, determina un angajament mai ferm din partea participantului privind antrenamentele si ii ofera in acelasi timp supravegherea necesara pentru efectuarea exercitiilor corect si in conditii de siguranta.

Programele noastre de antrenament in grup combina atmosfera de echipa si motivatia, cu experienta antrenorilor. La clase pot participa intre 15 si 25 de participanti, in functie de formatul clasei, si sunt ideale pentru cei care prefera antrenamentele in grup.

Clasele de group fitness

Alternati antrenamentele dvs. cu cele mai noi sesiuni de Group Fitness. Formatul claselor se adreseaza tuturor nivelelor de fitness: incepatori, intermediari, avansati. Concepute atat pentru femei, cat si pentru barbati si pentru orice categorie de varsta. Antrenament full body de intensitate medie pentru tonifiere, ardere de grasime si mentinerea masei musculare. Impact mediu cu solul. Nerecomandat persoanelor cu probleme osoase/articulare.
